Goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

All goods returned for credit are to be sent at the customer's cost.
No handling fees will be charged.
Please note that any discounted sale goods cannot be returned once purchased through our website.
There are two types of goods that may be returned for credit,
1. Defective goods. If within 1 month after delivery of a product to you, you find that the product is faulty, you may return it to us for inspection. We may then need to contact the manufacturer of the product before we can replace it.
2. Non defective goods. Products which are not defective or damaged, but may be unsuitable, may be returned to us within two weeks of delivery, for a full refund, or exchange for a more suitable item. The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition, suitable for resale.
Equi-Site will cover the return shipping costs if return is as a result of error. (You receive an incorrect/defective item etc.)
Equi-Site cannot refund any customer for any error made by the customer on checkout.
NO returns on SALE items.
